At Lyre's, we want you to enjoy every sip of our non-alcoholic spirits, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your Lyre's bottles are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our online store within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent breakage during transit and ship them back to us using a trackable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
